The best player in the Europa League on Thursday was Bruno Fernandes (9.4), who made Manchester United fans' respective mouths water after his outing against PSV, in which he scored two and set up another two. The Red Devils are reportedly preparing a big bid for him in January.

He features just behind the striking duo of Daichi Kamada (9.1) and Vincent Aboubakar (8.9), who both scored two each to complete comebacks for Frankfurt against Arsenal and Porto against Young Boys respectively.

The most effective passer on the night was Nemanja Gudelj (8.7) of Sevilla who completed a remarkable 115/120 balls to team-mates, while Lorenzo Pellegrini (8.7) recorded two assists for Roma in the win over Basaksehir. Slotted in at defensive midfield is Vitalii Buyalskyi (8.9), who got a pair of assists of his own for Dynamo Kyiv.

Two Besiktas players in Enzo Roco (8.3) and Necip Uysal (8.6) make the defence as they held on for a 2-1 victory against Bratislava, with Alyaksandr Martynovich (8.2) of Krasnodar and Nuno Sequeira (8.3) of Braga making up the backline, with the latter setting up two versus Wolves.

In goal, Silvio Proto (8.1) kept a clean sheet and made four saves as Lazio beat Cluj 1-0.
