PSV Eindhoven are a Dutch football club who feature in the Eredivisie. They are one of the most successful clubs in the Netherlands, winning the domestic title 24 times, as well as the European Cup in 1988. PSV, also known as the Boeren, have an established local rivalry with Ajax, with both teams more often than not competing against each other for the championship. Historically, their most famous and celebrated players are Willy van der Kujlen, Ruud Gullit, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Phillip Cocu, Mark van Bommel, Willy van de Kerkhof, Jan Heintze, and Hans van Breukelen. Their most famous manager is Guus Hiddink, who guided the team to their single European Cup win. Since 1916, their home has been the Philips Stadion which has a capacity of 35,000 spectators.
