Cristiano Ronaldo leads the Serie A Team of the Week after slamming home a first-half hat-trick for Juventus in a 3-1 away victory against Cagliari.

Last midweek the Bianconeri were eliminated from the Champions League at the hands of Porto after a Sergio Oliveira free-kick was tamely struck through the wall and into the bottom corner.

The Portuguese star was in that wall and could be seen jumping and turning his back, leading to a sea of criticism being sent his way.

Ronaldo (9.4) bounced back in emphatic fashion, though, with his three-goal tally on Sunday.

Another hat-trick hero joins him in attack, as Dusan Vlahovic (9.6) scored three as Fiorentina got back to winning ways with a 4-1 away victory against Benevento.

The best player of the Serie A weekend was Lazio's Luis Alberto (9.7), who found the back of the net against Crotone. The Spaniard had the third-most touches of any player this weekend in Italy with 105, while he sent by far the most passes into the final third with 44. Nicolo Barella was some way off in second with 33.

Roma may have suffered a damaging defeat away at Parma, but Leonardo Spinazzola (8.0) performed admirably on the left wing, sending a huge 10 crosses into the box. He also won 10/16 duels and would remarkably misplace just three passes.

Darko Lazovic (8.1) features on the other flank after his goal and assist for Verona.

Atalanta won 3-1 versus Spezia, with Mario Pasalic (9.0) scoring two of the goals, winning 100% of his tackles, and making 11 ball recoveries.

He is joined in central midfield by Gaston Brugman (9.1) of Parma, who won 11/13 duels, 5/5 tackles, and made seven Interceptions against Roma. He also completed 53/57 passes for an all-round superb showing.

Another Roma player makes the Team of the Week despite the loss against Parma, with Gianluca Mancini (7.5) making the cut. He won 10/12 duels and completed 69/75 passes.

Alessandro Bastoni (7.4) was key to Inter's win against Torino, while Stefan Radu (7.4) was solid at the back for Lazio and recorded an assist, too.

Nobody had more touches of the ball this weekend than Bastoni with 117.

Napoli earned a key 1-0 away with at Milan on Sunday, but had to endure a barrage of attacks of sorts, with goalkeeper David Ospina (8.1) making five key saves.
