Bayern Munich broke a Champions League record when they defeated Dinamo Zagreb 9-2 at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday.

Never before had a team scored nine or more goals in one match in the Champions League but the German giants managed that feat against lowly Dinamo who, believe it or not, actually gave the hosts a little scare after the break.

Harry Kane scored no less than four goals on the night, only a few days after scoring a hat-trick in the Bundesliga.

It was the easiest haul of goals he'll get this season, too, as three of them came from the penalty spot, while his other was tapped home following a spilled touch from the keeper.

The other goals were scored by Serge Gnabry, Michael Olise Raphael Guerreiro, Leroy Sane and Leon Goretzka.

The scare mentioned above came shortly after half-time as Dinamo scored two in quick succession to bring the scoreline to 3-2, but all that ultimately achieved was angering Bayern, who went on to score another six.
